Your Visit
Useful information to help you prepare for your visit to Science Village Hall.
Wardrobe
Our staffed wardrobe opens 90 minutes before the performance. You are welcome to keep your coat, but for everyone’s comfort, we would appreciate it if you checked in the coat. Bags larger than 20 × 30 cm must be checked in. The fee is SEK 35 per coat or bag, payable by Swish or credit card on site.
Personal Bags
For safety and evacuation requirements, only small bags are allowed inside Science Village Hall (max. 20 × 30 cm, approximately an A4 sheet). Exceptions include baby-changing bags and essential medical equipment.
Tickets
Tickets can be shown on your phone or printed out. Each ticket is valid for one entry only, please do not share it.
Arrival Time
The foyer opens 90 minutes before the performance and the doors to the hall open approximately 30 minutes before showtime.
Accessibility
Science Village Hall is wheelchair-accessible with ramps, elevators on all levels, accessible restrooms, and two designated handicap parking spaces at Mesongatan 4.
There are wheelchair spaces and a hearing loop in the hall. Walkers and strollers are not allowed inside the concert hall but may be stored in the foyer area.
Photography and Recording
Photography or recording during performances is not permitted without a special permit.
Food and Drink
Restaurant Lokal 4 opens 90 minutes before the performance and serves food and beverages. A special concert menu can be pre-ordered at: lokal4.se/konsertmeny.
You can also pre-order during ticket purchase. The restaurant is cashless, and outside alcohol is not allowed.

Hotel
If you need accommodation during your visit, we have two different hotels nearby.
Motel-L
Motel L is located at Telefongatan 14 in Lund, just a short tram ride from Science Village Hall (stop: Lund Solbjer). When staying overnight in connection with your visit to us, you receive a discount at Motel L.
